Tips for a healthy eating

To stay healthy and full of energy you should have four daily meals (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner). Our body needs a stable and constant caloric intake every day of the year. In order to have controlled blood pressure avoiding salt is recommended. It could be justified only after making physical effort.
Daily physical activity is strongly recommended. This activity must be adapted to age, tastes, physical condition and time availability.
