Quince cake.

PREPARATION
Put the cake in a ring, wet it with Aunt Mary and the syrup.



Mix the chopped quince paste with whipped cream and egg whites to stiff peaks.



Add all to the cake and leave it for an hour in the fridge.



Serve the cake on a grape or honey syrup which can be bought already made.
Ingredients
300 grams of minced meat
300 grams of whipped cream with 50 grams of sugar
6 egg whites to soft peaks with 50 grams of sugar
1 cake cake
1 cup of Tia Maria liqueur
1 glass of syrup
