Cheesecake with quince sweet
PREPARATION
Put the slice of bread on a plate and sprinkle it with two tablespoons of milk. Crush the mint and sprinkle it over the slice of bread. Mix cheese with sugar and cover the bread with half the cheese mixture.
Crush half the nuts and sprinkle them over with the cheese, sprinkle it with the remaining cheese mixture. Sprinkle top with a little mint. Cut quince-shaped circles and place them around the cake. Finally, decorate the cake with the remaining whole nuts. Put it in the fridge until ready to serve at the table.
